We are looking for a dynamic individual who can combine their analytical prowess, industry knowledge, and strategic mindset to drive operational excellence and contribute to the growth and success of our sportsbook. As a senior sportsbook business analyst, you will play a vital role in analysing and evaluating the performance of the sportsbook teams, focusing on cross-team collaboration and process optimization. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying inefficiencies across various departments, facilitating communication, and driving process improvements to enhance overall sportsbook operations. This role requires a deep understanding of sportsbook operations, strong project management skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams. Key Responsibilities: Analyze current sportsbook processes across various teams to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and opportunities for improvement. Develop detailed process maps to document workflows, identify pain points, and highlight areas for enhancement. Work with stakeholders to redesign processes that optimize operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery. Implement a continuous improvement framework across sportsbook operations, encouraging a culture of ongoing optimization. Collect and analyze feedback from teams to continuously refine processes and drive operational excellence. Monitor the effectiveness of new processes and make further adjustments as needed to achieve desired outcomes Collaborate with risk management and compliance teams to ensure that process changes align with regulatory requirements and mitigate operational risks. Identify and address potential risks associated with cross-team processes, ensuring that all solutions are compliant and secure. Prepare and present reports on process improvement initiatives, highlighting key achievements, lessons learned, and next steps. Communicate complex process changes and project updates clearly to both key stakeholders Ensure that at all times our sportsbook is audit ready. What are we looking for? They will need the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
