Family Hub Practitioner

Role: Family Hub Practitioner Location: Bolton Part-Time Contract Bolton are seeking 1x Part Time Family Hub Practitioner 4 days per week.  Candidates will be involved in Family Hubs, supporting parent and child sessions to improve language development. Working in the community and liaising with schools and day care setting.
