They are looking for a Procurement Manager who shares their values and can help drive efficiency in purchasing processes while maintaining a commitment to ethical and sustainable procurement. Key Responsibilities: As a Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for leading the procurement function and supporting the charity in managing its supply chain efficiently. This role will involve: Developing and implementing procurement strategies aligned with the charity’s goals. Managing the tendering process for goods and services, ensuring best value for money. Building strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders. Negotiating contracts, ensuring terms are favourable and adhere to legal and ethical standards. Monitoring supplier performance and ensuring compliance with charity and regulatory guidelines. Skills & Experience Required: Proven experience in procurement, ideally within the charity or not-for-profit sector. Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, contract negotiation, and supplier management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
