A leading player in the industry is currently looking for a Multiskilled Engineer with HVAC bias to join their growing team, covering a small portfolio of commercial sites within cental London within close proximaty to each other. The Role As the HVAC Mobile Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in the following: * Covering a two commercial sites in London. * Service, maintenance, fault finding & repair on a range of mechanical building services equipment. * General maintenance duties as and when required – pumps, hot water pipes, FCU’s and AHU’s. * This role is Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm (flexible working hours are available.) * No call out required. * Overtime is available.. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you’ll bring the following skills and experience to the role: * The ideal candidate will hold their F-Gas or AC and Refrigeration or commercial gas tickets. * Experience in a facilities maintenance / building service role is essential. * Strong communication skills. * Can do attitude, willing to be flexible.
