We have an exciting opportunity for a highly driven Project Controller to join a world-leading engineering company. Within this role the successful candidate will be responsible for creating, maintaining, reviewing and administering project orders for our customers. You will work in collaboration with a team of Project Managers to support with reporting, financial forecasting, cost breakdown and cash flow. Responsibilities * Work with and support the Project Managers, to ensure projects are meeting commercial and financial targets and billing milestones are being achieved * Generate the work breakdown structures (WBS) for a project with associated work package descriptions * Collate and analyse cost information in support of project budgeting and cost control * Arrange and facilitate project review meetings with the management team to discuss open projects, documenting and updating the actions register * Monitor and report on time writing activities * Ensure timely processing of purchase requisitions for both Yokogawa and 3rd party materials and services * Expedite incoming deliveries and prepare packing lists and commercial invoices for logistics * Prepare invoicing and invoice calculations, submit invoices for payment via customer portals * Build strong cross functional relationships with stakeholders and understand the business needs Skills & Qualifications * SAP experience is essential (preferably a key user) * Highly experienced in MS Office applications in particular excel * Stress resistant with high attention to detail * High integrity and ethics, with a passion for learning and continuous improvement * Strong analytical skills coupled with good verbal and written communication * Good time management to prioritise activities
