The Role: We are seeking a talented Node.js Developer for a 6-month contract to contribute to a high-impact project within the music tech industry. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Node.js , AWS , and React . You'll play a pivotal role in building and enhancing the core systems that support the platform, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and ready to handle the demands of a global user base. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js. Design and implement APIs and integrate with front-end components. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Troubleshoot and debug applications. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a Node.js Developer (3+ years preferred). Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript , asynchronous programming, and RESTful APIs. Experience with Express.js or similar frameworks. Proficiency in working with databases such as MongoDB , MySQL , or PostgreSQL . Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). Experience with cloud services like AWS or Azure is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
