This is a unique opportunity to join a scaling fintech and help define the customer support strategy and processes.


You will use your previous experience of working in a customer support role, specifically having used Hubspot and a Chatbot technology, to help define the processes and SLAs for dealing with inbound support queries.


Once defined, it will be your responsibility to implement and manage the process with the goal of making the whole customer support function as automated and low-touch as possible.


This is a unique opportunity to come in and define an incredibly important business process with a firm who have experienced significant growth and have ambitious plans to scale.


Essential experience: Hubspot and Chatbot technology (Intercom preferred)

Desirable experience: financial services.
