Job Title: Electrician Job Type: Permanent Job Category: Property Services Location: Slough Salary: £42,478.00 - £44,500.00 per annum We are looking for an Electrician to join the in-house maintenance team for a leading residential developer and housing association in Slough. This role will require out of hours cover to be provided (on rotation) paid in accordance with policy at the time. Responsibilities: Completing a wide range of electrical maintenance within tenanted properties including CCU upgrades, fault finding, accessory changes and ensuring that the properties are safe, compliant and habitable. Using mobile devices and/or work sheets correctly, ensuring actions are completed and in real time.
