Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

The Kinloch Hotel on the Isle Of Arran areare looking for a Full Time Assistant Food & Beverage Manager.
You will work closely with our existing Assistant Manager and General Manager to ensure the smooth running of the Restaurant and Bar. You should have excellent communication skills and a warm and friendly personality. You will lead by example and provide support to the Food & Beverage Team.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Passion for food and hospitality

Shift work - 5 days over 7 days
