Maintenance Engineer Leicester Manufacturing Double Days - Monday to Friday £47,000 - £48,000 plus overtime Gi Pro are proud to be working in partnership with a manufacturing specialist. This company manufactures aerospace products and have been at the forefront of their industry on an international level. This unique role offers half day on Friday's (Week 1) and Friday's off (Week 2) Job Role: As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be tasked for carrying out reactive, preventative, and proactive maintenance for all equipment on site. Typical Duties will involve:To conduct Electrical fault finding and repairs.CNC and PLC fault finding and repairsHelps develop, implement, and monitor systems such as Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, Reliability-Centred Maintenance, Condition-Based Maintenance, and FMEA programs.Support TPM plan.Conduct analysis and investigations using Failure Mode Analysis and Root Cause Analysis (5 Whys) on equipment failures that affect product quality, equipment uptime and plant capacity.Report conclusions to Maintenance Supervisor and make recommendations for improved programs and practices intended to prevent equipment failures.Participate in the creation and review of maintenance procedures and policies.Assist Facility repairs as and when requiredSupport machine relocation (Disconnection and re-commissioning)Competent record keepingDesirable experienceHave to have a relevant Engineering qualification (electrical)Have to be experienced in a face passed manufacturing environment.Demonstrated ability to root cause analysis/problem solving processes.Basic mechanical knowledgeDesired Skills and ExperienceElectrical Maintenance Engineer, CNC, PLC Gi Group Holdings Recruitment Limited group of companies includes Gi Recruitment Limited, Draefern Limited, Gi Group Recruitment Ltd, INTOO (UK) Limited, Marks Sattin (UK) Limited, TACK TMI UK Limited, Grafton Professional Staffing Limited, Encore Personnel Services, Gi Group Ireland Limited and Kelly Services (UK) Ltd.
