Junior Sales Executive - Key Accounts

Role Description

• Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services
• Sustaining solid relationships with existing key customers to encourage repeat business
• Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
• Assisting Key Account Managers with admin tasks and updating the system
• Accurately recording details of customers' purchase orders
• Maintaining and updating the in-house software with customer information
• Creating and presenting detailed sales reports to the Sales team

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a sales support or administrative support role in the food industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
• 1-2 years experience in sales
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred (but not required)
