The Hotel has 5 conference rooms catering for between 25 to 240 delegates providing for various events and wedding functions. Auto enrolment pension scheme Your main responsibilities will include: Take responsibility for all food and beverage service areas. Ensure the highest standards of food and beverage service to ensure customer satisfaction. Ensure that all service staff are recruited, trained, and developed in line with current and future business requirements. The successful candidate will have previous similar experience as a Food & Beverage Service Manager. You will communicate effectively with other managers, staff, and guests.
