We are seeking an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping our workforce by developing and executing effective talent acquisition strategies. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure we attract the best candidates for our organisation. Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners is crucial to enhance our talent acquisition efforts. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for all departments, developing and implementing innovative direct sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, conducting regular evaluations and facilitating contract renewals Ensure compliance with IR35 when sourcing temporary and contractor workers Establish a strong internal recruiter profile through social media, networking, and participation in industry events Undertake recruitment projects and provide management information and data for corporate reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis Analyse recruitment metrics to continuously improve our hiring processes and strategies What do we need from you? Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a corporate setting Strong understanding of strategic talent acquisition and stakeholder relationship building Expertise in direct sourcing across various platforms, including Indeed, CV Library, LinkedIn Recruiter and CV / Boolean searching Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software Experience with Workday and Google Suite is a bonus but not essential Full UK driving licence, with the ability to commute to offices/events as needed What's next?
