HR Advisor

Liberty Recruitment Group are pleased to be working with our client to source a HR Advisor, based in Havant, on a full-time, permanent basis, with the option of hybrid working. This is a real generalist HR role where no two days are the same. Its is also a very busy position where changing priorities will need to be considered, so being organised is a non-negotiable! Reporting into a fantastic HR Manager, some of your responsibilities will include; Provision of specialist HR advice to managers on a wide range of HR issues Managing HR cases relating to discipline, grievance, performance etc Effectively coaching line managers to resolve HR issues  Designing and delivering training to line managers on HR topics As an individual you will be a self-starter, pro-active and have proven HR experience. The ideal candidate will have strong IT skills and excellent communication skills together with the ability to multi-task. You will be approachable and be able to coach others, no matter their confidence or ability.   Our client is offering a salary of up to £35k with benefits including generous annual leave, discounted gym membership, EAP support plus much more!
