This a unique establishment, offering a tasting menu only with a focus on Asian fusion cuisine with big plans for the future. Michelin's experience is essential as this is the direction the restaurant aiming for. You will work closely with some of the best farms and suppliers in the UK. So, a passion for working with the highest quality ingredients is essential. As Head Chef, you will play a vital part in the business. Ensuring the highest kitchen standards are maintained, as well as delivering a world-class dining experience.
