Assistant Project Manager / Project Manager Based in  Euston or Watford Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 + bonus and hybrid working    We are recruiting an Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager to join a bespoke leading construction and development consultancy, committed to delivering excellence across their projects. They specialise in large-scale residential and commercial developments, offering a dynamic and collaborative environment for their team. Their current portfolio includes exciting projects across the London and the Southeast including a landmark £600 million scheme. The Project Manager Role: They are seeking a motivated and hard working Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager to join their team. You will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of a high-profile £80 million Build to Rent scheme in Milton Keynes, consisting of 350 residential units and another large scale £600m development in central London. Project Manager Key Responsibilities: Assist in the management of the project from inception to completion, ensuring it meets time, budget, and quality requirements. Work closely with senior project managers and stakeholders to coordinate all phases of the project lifecycle. Oversee contractors, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure work is completed according to JCT contract specifications. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential risks and implementing effective solutions. Liaise with the client and other stakeholders to maintain clear communication and alignment on project objectives. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and procedures. Key Requirements: Degree in a real estate or construction related field. Proven experience working on large-scale construction projects, ideally within the residential sector. Solid understanding and experience with JCT contracts. Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project needs. Relevant qualifications in construction, project management, or a related field.
