Job Title: Warehouse Team Leader Location: Severn Beach, Bristol Salary: £31,500 Shift Pay Shifts: 06:00-14:30 & 10:30-19:00 (Split between earlies and lates) About the Company: We are now looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to oversee our warehouse operations and ensure smooth, efficient workflows. About the Role: You will lead and motivate a team, manage inventory, and ensure health and safety standards are met. Responsibilities: Lead warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch. Coordinate team schedules to meet operational targets. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations. Operate and manage forklift and warehouse equipment. Qualifications: MUST have: A full 5-year clean work history and DBS check. Counterbalance forklift licence (refreshed within the last 2 years). Required Skills: Strong leadership, communication skills, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role. Preferred Skills: Reach truck licence and X-ray operator experience (training available).
