Working Arrangements: This role is fully site-basedfive days a week, requiring a presence at Stamford Bridge Hotel at Chelsea football ground.To be considered for an interview, please make sure your application is full in line with the job specs as found below.In this fixed-term HR Officer/Advisor role, you will offer practical, consistent, and proactive support and advice on HR procedures, policies, best practices, and employment legislation to the team at Stamford Bridge Hotel. The ideal candidate will bring independent and energetic professionalism to the role, engaging with learning, training and team spirit. You will work closely with both the hotel team (onsite) and HR teams (offsite), engaging with a wide array of business stakeholders to support the hotel through an exciting rebrand. Job responsibilities: Responsible for all providing support to the business on recruitment, selection and inductionOversees monthly payroll process ensuring personnel are paid accurately and on time Conducts classroom based training and engagement activitiesProvides briefings, training and coaching to managers on the effective implementation of policies and procedures and in managing employee relations issuesSupports the implementation of rewards and benefits, including annual bonuses, pensions and flex benefitsEnsures HR databases and systems are accurately maintained and updated Establishes and maintains key relationships with external clients and service providersEnsures that the HR department functions in accordance with Company standards, budgets and audit requirements at all times To be successful in the role you will have: Great communication skills and the ability to forge strong relationships Effective communication skills and ability to adapt communication to a range of audiencesAbility to influence and persuade at senior management level, through effective stakeholder engagementCapacity to identify & react promptly to impacts within the industryOrganisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritiseAbility to oversee and manage end to end payroll (experience with Harri is advantageous)Prior experience with HR Information Systems, preferably with global system of Workday What we offer to our team Valuable on the job training, along with access to our digital online learning platform and numerous other learning and development opportunities A travel allowance for every day you work onsite to contribute to your commuting cost A PERKBOX subscription with benefits, retail discounts and savings Employee Assistance Programme Offering Once you pass your probation, a special staff rate when staying in our European properties www.discoverasr.comAMRT1_UKCT
