Senior Design Manager

Our client are an established Tier 1 contractor who are looking for a Senior Design Manager to join their team in the North West! This role will give you the opportunity to work on dynamic projects throughout a range of sectors including commercial, residential and public sector builds.

Ideal candidate:

• Experience coordinating large scale new build projects
• Ambitious and motivated work attitude
• Multi sector experience (desirable not essential)

Duties will include:

• Managing the design process within agreed timescales whilst displaying excellent technical expertise and commercial awareness.
• Working with the design and delivery teams to explore design alternatives.
• Ensure the design process meets current legislation and strive to eliminate health & safety risks during the construction.
