In this role, you’ll be at the heart of it all, helping shape our strategy and fuelling the growth of one of the UK’s top logistics players. Salary: £32,000- £37,000 per annum Shift Pattern: Office Based- Monday to Friday Start/Finish time: 8am- 4pm Location: Weston Road, Crewe, Cheshire CW1 6BF Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing: Financial Analysis & Reporting: Provide detailed financial analysis on revenue, cost drivers, and profitability, with insights into key variances and performance metrics. Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A): Be able to plan, forecast and administrate a budget to support the company Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation and delivery of accurate financial forecasts and budgets, ensuring alignment with AO’s business objectives. KPI Development: Work with the wider finance team to define, monitor, and enhance key performance indicators, ensuring the business is on track with financial goals. Data Management: Maintain financial databases and systems, ensuring data integrity and timely reporting. Ad-Hoc Analysis: Support senior management with ad-hoc commercial analysis and special projects as needed. Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements within the finance commercial function, including automation of reporting tools and financial processes.
