Crypto Market Making and Trading Firm - DeFi Team London, UK
Join a leading crypto market maker providing billions in daily liquidity to cryptocurrency protocols and exchanges. They are looking to hire a DeFi Trading Engineer for their agile team focused on algo trading across various blockchains. You'll design and develop scalable software for on-chain systematic trading and off-chain applications in Rust. Collaborate with Quant Traders and Engineers from concept to production.
Ideal Candidate: Expertise in blockchains, DeFi, and automated trading. Knowledge of DEXs, protocol mechanics, blockchain fundamentals, and smart contract security.
Required Skills: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 2+ years of experience with production-quality code in a compiled language. Proficiency in Rust, Python, or TypeScript. Strong problem-solving skills and teamwork abilities. Excellent communication and detail-oriented mindset.
Desirable Skills: Experience with non-EVM blockchains (Solana, Cosmos, Aptos, Sui). Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with cloud computing and distributed systems.
