Quantity Surveyor

Our client is a national developer/contractor undertaking major new build residential & mixed-use schemes across the country. The need now exists for a Quantity Surveyor to join the team on a project in Wandsworth, South West London. The development consists of 150 units, mixture of RC Frame and Traditional build, total value £60m. You will have an Assistant QS reporting into you with the position reporting into the Senior Commercial Manager. Our client is seeking applicants who have experience on high-rise mixed-use developments in excess of £50m.
