Graduate Teaching Assistant (Primary)  Location: North Shields  Pay Rate: £80 - £100 per day  Contract: Immediate Start, Long-term  GSL Education are seeking a dedicated Graduate Teaching Assistant (Primary) to join a supportive school in North Shields. This immediate start role is perfect for a Graduate Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting primary students in their educational journey. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and provide additional support to students who need it.  Key Responsibilities:  Assist the class teacher in delivering high-quality primary education.  Support individual students and small groups with their learning needs.  Encourage and motivate students to participate in class activities.  Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.  Provide feedback to the class teacher on student progress.  Requirements:  A degree in a relevant subject.  Previous experience working with primary-aged children is desirable.  Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.  A commitment to supporting student development and learning.  Please be advised that this role requires a strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection and that successful applicants must satisfy all background safer recruitment checks including providing an enhanced DBS on the update service or completing an application for a new check.  GSL Education are an ethical, independent recruitment agency serving schools across the UK.
