Operations Manager

As Operations Manager / General Manager, you ll enjoy autonomy, managing and motivating a team of Project / Operations Managers, and Site Crews whilst driving strategic decisions which positively influence the P&L.

What you ll need

• Proven experience in a management/leadership role overseeing a P&L.
• Experience in developing strategic / business plans.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organisation and leadership skills
• Previous experience within events / event logistics would be an advantage.

Other Information

• A basic salary of up to 65k + bonus
• Company car or cash allowance on passing the probationary period
• 40hrs per week Monday to Friday (8 5pm)

• 25 days holiday + bank holidays
