Youre creative and a meticulous organiser. Youll have boundless energy and love to design, arrange and facilitate activities on behalf of the residents. A great listener youll put residents at the heart of everything you do. Youll be able to identify the needs of individuals and groups and develop activities that are meaningful. To supportresidents to take part in social and community activities outside of the home. To arrange for residents to take part in religious, spiritual and cultural activities that are meaningful to them. To publicise the social programme and activities being offered, and monitor, record and report on activities delivered. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to motivate and inspire confidence and enthusiasm in residents and staff. You will be a confident user of IT/Microsoft Office.
