Delivering security, efficiency, and scalability of Identity environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality IAM solutions that align with industry best practices. Who you will work withReporting to the Head of End User Services, you will work within the End User Services portfolio to provide IAM services to Clifford Chance, working with business units, IT departments and third-party vendors, directly or through work management systems. What you will be responsible forDeveloping and maintaining IAM standards and solutions for Clifford Chance, ensuring all systems align to the highest Identity standards.Establishing cadence for audit and review of standards, working with audit and compliance teams to ensure a balance of efficiency with security and risk.Developing technical systems in support of simplifying and standardising process.Providing technical support for Identity platforms and solutions through in house expertise and third-party management. What you will doCollaborate with internal clients to understand their specific IAM requirements and provide tailored solutions.Manage the Business-as-usual delivery of IAM services through third party suppliers, automated systems and Service Management tooling.Technically support Identity management platforms through internal and external resources to ensure 24/7 availability.Standardise and simplify process and technical solutions across the Identity stack.Participate in and instigate audits and access reviews to ensure compliance.QualificationsYour career experience so farProven experience in Identity Management with a strong focus on Entra ID and Active Directory.• In-depth knowledge of Entra ID including, Azure Multi-Factor Authentication and Azure Identity Protection.• Proficiency in creating and managing user groups, policies, and access controls.• Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Entra ID integration.• Familiarity with identity protocols such as OAuth, SAML and OpenID Connect.• Strong understanding of security concepts, including authentication and authorisation.Experience working and solving challenges in a highly regulated environment such as legal or finance and an in depth understanding of auditing and compliance requirements.
