We are currently looking for an experience Quantity Surveyor to join our client in Andover. Quantity Surveyor – Andover £40,000 to £48,000 per annum DOE Mon to Thurs 8am to 5pm, Fri 8am to 4:30pm Permanent We are currently looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor for our client in Andover. This role will involve working with the Commercial team and providing services for internal and external stakeholders. Review of subcontractors and suppliers submissions and tender returns Placement of SG subcontracts and orders Issue of early warning notices, extension of time and other contractual notices during the Project period Review, preparation, submission and agreement of variations Cash Value reconciliation Submission and agreement of final accounts Review of retentions held and correct release What we are looking for in the Project Estimator? Recognised QS qualification Minimum of 3 years' experience of working in a similar role Commercial contract knowledge and experience Good financial understanding including cashflows, budgets, gross profit and profit and loss If this sounds like your next role, we invite you to apply.
