We offer a unique route to market service to global brands who wish to gain distribution in the UK. · Established for 3 years now, we achieved £750,000 turnover in year one and this year will turnover £200,000,000 · We are the fastest growing company in Europe · We can offer you huge opportunity for career development · Work in an environment of engagement, collaboration and inclusion · Selling within one of the fastest growing categories of product that the FMCG market has seen in 10 years Territory Account Manager Southwest London THE ROLE OF TERRITORY ACCOUNT MANAGER: As a Territory Account Manager you will be responsible for gaining new distribution for our partners vape products by building and nurturing relationships with key decision makers within retail stores. · Research and identify prospective customers through varied lead generation tactics · Building close partnerships with independent retailers to drive sales of vape products · Drive business growth through effective sales strategies, delivering compelling presentations and pitches and closing deals · Ensuring high levels of customer service · Manage your time and territory plan effectively to maximise your productivity · Ensure CRM systems are kept up to date ABOUT YOU: Essentials: · A full driving license · Experience within B2B or B2C sales positions · Keen to work in a fast paced, start-up environment · Great team player with an outgoing personality · Manages time effectively to ensure high levels of productivity · Commercially minded with a desire to hit and exceed targets · Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft outlook) WHAT WE OFFER: · Base Salary up to: £32,500 · Commission: OTE is another 10K on top, however this is uncapped and we expect overachievement in many areas · £5,000 car allowance · iPhone and laptop · 5% pension · £40 per month wellbeing allowance · We are passionate about growth, we aim to provide every employee with a clear development plan, with regular reviews that enable you to achieve your career goals
