HR Systems Administrator Leicester Hybrid (2 days on-site) Full Time & Permanent £30,000 - £35,000 ASAP start Are you a HR systems specialist looking for a new role where you can work in a standalone position taking ownership of the HR System but work very collaboratively with HR, Payroll & Talent to deliver operational excellence? Our client are a leading manufacturer and a well known brand in Leicester who are currently seeking a HR Systems Administrator for a standalone role supporting c. 1200 employees. This role is responsible for all system admin and data reporting with day to day duties including: Full ownership of administration of the HR & Payroll system (Zellis) keeping records up to date Benefits administration Evaluation of systems to identify opportunities for improvement Conducting training sessions to new and existing users of the system Producing regular and ad hoc reports based on stakeholder requests – identifying trends and sharing findings with stakeholders Staying up to date with HR compliance and ensuring system meets legislative requirements This is a full time permanent position working 37.5 hours Monday to Friday with flexibility on start & finish times and hybrid working – 2 days on site. For this role we are looking for HR Systems specialist who specifically have experience working with Zellis. You will have experience on delivering training to staff on HR systems and have excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills. You will be competent in using HR Data and producing reports with strong analytical skills and ability to identify trends and confidence in reporting findings back to stakeholders. You will be an advanced user of Excel with excellent attention to detail and strong numeracy and literacy skills.
