5+ years' experience as an Asset Manager or SurveyorBusiness Development experienceMixed-use/ office/ retail/ industrial£70,000-£80,000 + % of profit share - depending on experienceOur client is a new platform who is looking for their first hire. The existing set up already manages a portfolio of properties across 3 companies. The initial remit is to proactively look after the current client portfolio comprised of office, industrial, and limited retail. The current work is interesting with a high level of autonomy, and nationwide UK travel as necessary.The Asset Manager will look after the existing portfolio while helping to grow the platform, including through events.
