As a result of the company's continued growth, they are looking for a proactive, driven candidate to join their friendly sales team.   SKILLS REQUIRED   ·5 years experience working in an office ·At least 1 years experience with outbound calling ·Results driven ·Confident telephone manner ·Excellent communication skills ·Passion for sales ·Excellent customer service   RESPONSIBILITIES ·Conducting a high volume of daily outbound calls to generate leads and quotes. ·Completing quotes promptly and logging follow-up calls. ·Interacting with prospects and customers daily to drive additional orders and revenue for the business. ·Reviving inactive accounts to boost revenue. ·Providing weekly and monthly updates and reports on account activity. ·Being creative to generate new leads. ·Managing your own accounts and building relationships   ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ·Uncapped, accumulative monthly commission ·23 days annual leave + bank holidays (3 days annual leave used over Christmas) ·Casual Dress ·Company Pension ·Team socials and nights out ·Onsite Parking ·Option for further training and progression Thank you for your interest in this vacancy, which is being advertised by Smart10 Recruitment Group, who are acting as an employment agency / business.
