About the role: Teaching Assistant: Join a dynamic and supportive school community in Haringey! This role focuses on working with students who have diverse learning needs, including those with ADHD, PMLD, and SLD. Application Requirements: • Experience working with SEN students, particularly those with ADHD, PMLD, or SLD preferred. • A relevant qualification in SEN or teaching assistance is beneficial but not required. • Ability to work as part of a dedicated team in a fast-paced educational environment. • A passion for supporting children’s academic and emotional development. • Strong communication and organisational skills. Key Responsibilities: • Support low-achieving students to help them catch up with the curriculum. • Assist in the planning and implementation of individualised learning plans. • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and SEN coordinators. • Encourage student participation and foster a positive learning atmosphere. • Help manage classroom behavior and support the emotional well-being of students.
