Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple client accounts, creating engaging content, and driving successful social media campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills and a deep understanding of social media trends and analytics. The position is based in Dubai, but we are open to remote work for the right candidate.


Key Responsibilities:

- Manage social media presence for web3 based 6-8 client accounts simultaneously.

- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).

- Analyze social media performance metrics and generate detailed reports to track progress and optimize strategies.

- Collaborate with the PR managers and creative teams to align social media efforts with overall vision and campaigns.

- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and implement them where appropriate.

- Conduct social media audits and provide recommendations for improvement.

- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance tracking.

- Mentor and guide junior social media team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in web3 social media management.

- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver results.

- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and content creation.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Web3 knowledge and experience is a must!


Preferred:

- Experience working with clients in the technology, finance, or lifestyle sectors.

- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
