Sales Manager * Luxury Gallery Sales * On Target Earnings Of £40,000+ * Oxford, Oxfordshire OX1 1TR We have a Luxury Gallery Sales Manager opportunity at our prestigious Oxford Gallery. We’re looking for a proactive sales-focused individual, who is passionate about delivering great customer service to achieve and exceed sales targets. You’ll be responsible for inspiring and developing your team to reach and surpass their own targets and follow your lead to succeed! You’ll work on supporting our current loyal client base, as well as proactively building and nurturing new customer relationships for the gallery and the business by selling our exceptional art, by artists including Billy Connolly, Bob Dylan, Ronnie Wood, and Johnny Depp to name a few. There are new releases and gallery events and exhibitions throughout the year, which you’ll champion, to help you strengthen and make the most of these client relationships. Who We’re Looking For * You have a proven track record of driving and achieving sales targets. * You are highly motivated to achieve against gallery targets. * You’re confident in your ability to effectively communicate in person and by phone. * You are confident, highly presentable, and with an understanding of exceptional customer service. * You have previous 1-2-1 sales experience and can adapt to different client needs. * You are confident overseeing the implementation and effective use of business development activities, organising promotional events, and generating interest for your gallery. * You’re confident to support our current loyal client base, as well as proactively building and nurturing new customer relationships for the gallery. * You can inspire, motivate and lead your small team of Art Consultants to achieve sales targets throughout the year. * You can operate and maintain a welcoming and presentable gallery. * If you have driving license, this is desirable (for possible home consultation visits with clients). * This role also entails moderate physical duties on a daily basis. We need you to be able to handle such tasks whilst working.
