Technical Services Manager

I am currenlty working with a well established award winning Principal Contractor who specialise in managing Commercial Office Cat A&B Fit out projects up to circa £8mill in value, who are searching for two experienced Technical Services Managers, one at assistant level with a salary of circa £55-70k and an experienced Technical Services Manager with a salary of Circa £80-90k doi. The role will report to the Lead Services Director and will include managing Sub Contract M&E packages downstream whilsit liasing with the Consultants and Clients along with the Deleivery team.
