The ideal candidate will be experienced in 2nd/3rd Line IT Support, and must have previous experience of working in a managed service provider. Key Duties Provide Technical Support to clients. Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues as a point of escalation. Maintaining impeccable customer service. Maintain all relevant documentation and notes throughout the day. Uphold service management and quality management principles. What you will bring to the role Strong Service Desk background - able to work through tickets comfortably and at pace. Technical skills including Azure, Active Directory, Office 365, Virtualisation, Windows Server. Networking knowledge is also desirable. A passion for delivering an accurate and assured service. A drive to progress and develop as a professional. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Requirements IT Support Experience at minimum 2nd Line level. Experience of working within an MSP. Hold industry-based IT certification. Full right to work in the UK. Full UK based diving licence.
