Site Supervisor

Albion Search are currently working with a regional main contractor who specialise in refurbishment projects, to appoint a Site Supervisor/Foreman for an industrial refurb in Gateshead. This is a full unit refurb including internals & roofing of the offices and warehouse space.

The ideal candidate will be from a joinery background and have experience in managing team of sub-contractors, as well as working on industrial projects previously.

Roles & Responsibilities

• H&S
• Supervising sub-contractors & trades
• Ensuring joinery works are completed to a high standard
• Providing updates to the visiting Project Manager
• Assisting with Inductions
• Point of contact between trades & the project manager
• Progress monitoring/reporting

You must have a valid and in date SSSTS/SMSTS, First Aid and a CSCS Card, along with the above relevant experience.
