Team Leadership Opportunity

The team you'd lead is made up of PhD level Engineers who mostly work in Python to deploy Machine Learning Models. They also work with Scala and React.js. This team will double over the next 12 months.

Mid-term career progression could see you take on a wider team of Data Scientists as well. However, you should still be a hands-on coder.

You should be fairly agnostic to languages but ideally will have experience with either Python, R, Scala, C++, or Java. Additionally, you should have experience in leading/mentoring a team of more junior Engineers. Strong commercial communication skills are a must, as you will be required to lead relationships.
