Responsibilities: Craft and serve a wide variety of cocktails, ensuring each one is executed to perfection and reflects our commitment to quality. Engage with guests in a warm and welcoming manner, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Demonstrate excellent knowledge of spirits, wines, and mixology techniques to provide expert recommendations and tailor-made creations. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring adherence to all health and safety regulations. Collaborate closely with the service team to ensure smooth operations during busy moments, delivering exceptional service even under pressure. ? Requirements: Previous experience as a bartender in a similar restaurant or bar setting is essential. Good cocktail knowledge and the ability to create innovative and balanced drinks. A friendly and outgoing personality, with excellent communication skills. A passion for providing outstanding customer service and the ability to anticipate guests' needs. Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. A commitment to upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
