Labourers Wanted for Immediate Start in Crewe! Absolute Recruitment is looking for Labourers to work with one of Crewe's largest employers, located near Leighton Hospital. This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in supporting a variety of projects, with potential for further work after the current project ends. Key Responsibilities: * Assist with on-site tasks under the supervision of project managers and site supervisors. * Help ensure projects are completed efficiently from start to finish. * Attend a 45-minute site induction on your first day, including receiving an access card and health & safety training. Requirements: * Previous experience in a construction or labour-intensive role is preferred but not essential. * Ability to lift heavy objects and handle physically demanding tasks. * Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors, regardless of weather conditions. * Basic knowledge of hand and power tools (a plus). * FLT Counterbalance license would be beneficial, but not essential. * Strong work ethic and positive attitude towards teamwork. Skills Needed: * Physical stamina and endurance. * Attention to detail in performing tasks. * Ability to follow instructions accurately. * Strong communication and team player mindset.
