Fundraising Manager

Hooray are delighted to be supporting a long standing client to recruit for a Fundraising Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis!  Benefits: 25 days annual leave, rising with length of service Cycle to work scheme Access to blue light card discount scheme Employee Assistance Programme Flexible working policy Life Assurance As a Fundraising Manager, you will: Develop a robust fundraising strategy for the charity Become the organisational expert for fundraising queries, providing advise and guidance to senior colleagues and trustees Manage income and expenditure budgets, and lead the annual budgeting process Monitor and report monthly on progress towards income targets Research & develop business cases for new income generating activities Ensure ongoing relationships and support is provided to all volunteers as well as ensuring all training and procedures are followed Work with the Senior Marketing Manager to ensure appropriate publicity and marketing materials are in place Lead, manage, and motivate the fundraising team, maintaining an enthusiastic, flexible and engaged staff team To be successful as a Fundraising Manager, you will: Be experienced in implementing and evaluating all fundraising avenues Have experience in running large scale public appeals Have played a key role in the development of fundraising strategies Be able to demonstrate the ability to priorities under pressure, meet strict deadlines and adapt as needs arise Hold up-to-date knowledge of legislation, regulations and best practice in fundraising In return, my client is offering an annual salary of £38,550.
