In this role, you willcarry out electrical works in kitchen and bathroom refurbishments,ensuring our properties meet the highest standards of safety andfunctionality.
TheRole:
As an ElectricalTechnician, your main responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out electricalinstallations, including marking out, coring holes for fans, andinstalling sockets, smoke, and heat alarms.
- Wiring ring and radial circuits, consumer unit changes,and lighting installations.
- Completing secondfixing of sockets and accessories.
- Testing,certification, and fault-finding.
- Removingold circuits and wiring bathroom fans.
- Working on full kitchen rewires and related smallbuilding works, such as chasing out walls and making good afterinstallation.
- Collaborating with team membersto ensure work is completed on time and to the highest qualitystandards.
What We'reLooking For:
We need aself-motivated, highly skilled individual with:
- Extensive experience in domesticelectrical installations, service, repairs, and rewires.
- City and Guilds 2365 Level 2 and 3
- 17th or 18th Edition certification.
- A sound knowledge of relevant legislation,building regulations, and health and safety practices.
- The ability to make well-informed decisions, workindependently, and communicate effectively with customers and teammembers.
- A commitment to delivering excellentcustomer service.
- A full valid drivinglicence.
