About the company: A leading multinational within industry is looking to appoint a Legal Operations Manager. This exciting role reports into the General Counsel. The Legal Operations Manager will collaborate with the broader legal team and senior stakeholders. The business is looking for a Legal Operations Manager to provide support across the legal, legal technology functions, compliance and financial management. The role is based in Reading. About the role: Provide administrative support to senior leadership Provide assistance in the implementation of legal operations and initiatives for the global legal team, including assistance on corporate governance. Evolving legal procedural and tool solutions to ensure efficiency & effectiveness – including being the first point of contact for the legal tech projects and develop these. Assisting with automation of approval flows, templates and contract processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, leadership, and stakeholders to identify and prioritise legal tech opportunities that drive business growth and competitive advantage. Support in monitoring and controlling the legal budget by using analytics and reporting About you: Ideally, you will have at least 2 years of experience supporting an in-house legal function or a bachelor's degree (ideally in law or with a focus on law related topics). The position requires strong experience in various areas of business law, in particular strong understanding of legal terminology, processes, and documentation. Expertise in managing a variety of complex projects and tasks with focus on efficiency and improvement of legal processes. As well as experience working in a versatile, agile, and dynamic environment and the ability to demonstrate sound critical thinking in prioritisation to ensure delivery of all tasks.
