Job Title: Head of Penetration Testing (Fully Remote) Location: Remote Salary: £120,000 Bonuses About the Company: Maxwell Bond are working alongside a market-leading cybersecurity consultancy, who are looking for an experienced Head of Penetration Testing to lead their Technical Assurance Function. This fully remote role offers a unique opportunity to manage a team of skilled security professionals, helping to ensure the successful delivery of penetration testing services while contributing to the company’s growth and innovation in the field. Role Overview: Overseeing the Penetration Testing team Pre-sales technical support Project delivery Provide technical expertise and support during pre-sales activities, including scoping and proposal preparation. Ensure the successful delivery of penetration testing projects, offering technical guidance and quality assurance. Lead, manage, and mentor the penetration testing team, ensuring high performance and effective resource allocation. Develop and enhance the penetration testing service catalogue in line with industry trends. Manage team accreditations, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and certifications. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in managing penetration testing teams, supporting complex engagements, and maintaining industry accreditations, with the ability to lead and inspire a remote team of security experts. Any certificates in a related field are hugely advantageous, such as CSTM & CSTL.
