SEND QA Manager 6 months Interim Contract £350per day (Via Umbrella) Inside IR35, Full Time London – Local Authority    An excellent opportunity has arisen for a SEND QA Manager within a Local Authority to assist the Education Department for an initial period of 6 months    Key Responsibilities:  Manage and oversee the SEND Quality Assurance Framework and processes, ensuring consistency and high standards in EHCPs.  Lead and coordinate the multi-agency Quality Assurance Group to monitor and evaluate the quality of EHCPs through regular audits.  Collaborate with multi-agency teams to identify areas for improvement, provide feedback, and drive continuous improvement across the service.  Work closely with the SEND Head of Service to report on the quality of EHCPs to the SEND Improvement Board, presenting audit findings, trends, and recommendations.  Support in the development and implementation of strategies that improve the delivery of EHCPs, ensuring they meet statutory requirements and the needs of children and young people.  Provide expert advice and guidance on best practices related to SEND quality assurance and EHCP processes.   Experience:  Proven experience in managing SEND processes, including EHCPs.  Strong understanding of SEND legislation and statutory guidance.  Extensive experience in quality assurance, auditing, and reporting, preferably in an educational or social care setting.  Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire colleagues at all levels.  Ability to analyse complex information and provide clear, actionable insights to improve service delivery.   We have multiple vacancies within SEND across our Education Team and across several Local Authorities nationwide, so even if you think this role isn’t quite right for you, we may well have other roles that are more suitable, so please do get in touch.   Alternatively, if our roles are more relevant to a friend or colleague, please know that we offer a senior referral scheme that rewards you upon the successful placement of the candidate, so it’s worthwhile getting in contact.   PLEASE NOTE – Due to the high volume of applications we are currently receiving, should you not receive a response within 48hrs please assume you have been unsuccessful on this occasion.    If you, or someone you know, would like to apply for any of these roles, please email your updated CV (url removed) or call me on (phone number removed)
