They provide a range of damp proofing services to residential, building site and commercial properties. Job Summary: we require a damp proofer to join our client on a freelance basis with the opportunity to go perm if suits. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the works for rising damp or waterproofing treatment. The ideal candidate must have prior damp proofing experience, have a driving licence and be able to work independently or as part of a team. Cavity drainage experience would be a plus. CSCS Card for site works. Responsibilities: Protect working area. render/plaster. Bag up debris. Drill and inject new DPC. Timber treatments. Install pacifier vents. Requirements: Experience in the rising damp and waterproofing in industry. Knowledge of damp proofing techniques. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently. Full UK driving license. Ability to work in Greater London / South East TPBN1_UKTJ
