Painter

Job Title: Painter - Social Housing and Building Works

Location: Birmingham, West Midlands

Monday- Friday. 40 hours per week.

Start Monday 28th Oct.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform painting and decorating tasks in accordance with project requirements and industry standards.
• Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, patching, and priming.
• Apply various types of paint and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.
• Maintain and clean painting equipment and tools.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations at all times.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople and team members to ensure project success.
• Complete work orders and documentation accurately and on time.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Painter, with a focus on social housing and building works.
• Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment.
• CSCS
• Own brushes and tools and PPE
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the construction industry.
• Reliable and punctual with good time management skills.
• Full driving license is preferred.
