We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible. Key Responsibilities: * Support teachers in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons across all age groups, from early years to secondary education. * Work with individual students or small groups to provide additional help and guidance in both academic and social activities. * Assist in classroom management and maintaining a positive, safe learning environment. * Help prepare learning materials and resources under the guidance of teachers. * Provide support for students with special educational needs (SEN), ensuring they have access to a full and inclusive learning experience. * Encourage positive behaviour and foster a nurturing, supportive atmosphere for all students. * Support extracurricular activities and school events when required. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: * Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, ideally across multiple age groups. * A passion for working with children and helping them develop academically, socially, and emotionally. * A patient, compassionate, and adaptable approach to working with students of varying abilities and backgrounds. * Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team. * A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential). * Experience working with children with special educational needs (SEN) is an advantage. * A positive attitude and a commitment to the school's ethos and values
