Interim Regeneration Project Manager (Construction) Key Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate regeneration projects from conception to completion. Collaborate with stakeholders, including community groups, businesses, and government agencies, to ensure alignment and support for projects. Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and time lines, ensuring successful delivery within agreed parameters. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and outcomes. Aid in acquisitions and disposals. Funding application writing and bidding. Key focus on feasibility and finding value. Qualifications: Proven experience in project management, preferably within a regeneration or urban development context. Strong knowledge of local government processes and community engagement practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
