With some big new listings and planned launch into new international markets this is an exciting time to join.Supply Chain Manager responsibilities:Manage daily supply chain activities for the business: both for physical retail and d2c channelsDispatching orders & managing stock movementReporting weekly on efficiency & other business critical demand related KPIsTake control of our supply chain software (unleashed), which manages the full line from production to stock deliveryAssisting in the new product development process (sourcing and costing)Critically analyse supply chain setup & management in the search and negotiations for more efficient, cost saving changes Forecasting supply, acquiring regular contact with sales data teams, and ordering stock from manufacturersInventory managingBe the central point of contact between warehouses and DC’sTroubleshooting and dealing with delivery issuesHandling and overseeing our 3pl warehouse & transport partners to ensure smooth, successful deliveries of stockOverseeing courier deliveries of samples nationwideInvoicing inbound and outbound purchase ordersAssist in Managing manufacturing runs from inventory through to deliveryOverseeing deliveries for the d2c channel & dealing with order issues and customer complaints & queriesMake sure the business is compliant with all good f&b practices across the supply chain
